Booked this when going to the Commonwealth Games. Great location, 7/8 mins walk from Birmingham New St station. Lillian, the host, made everything straightforward and arranged a late check in for us. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Very good value - much better rate than hiked up hotel rates. Would stay there again.
The location was great for getting access to the city centre. There was a local sainsbury's within 10 minutes walkaway.
Opening the windows in the property was great as I have been in previous apartments and the windows didn't open. The touch of the antique furniture was a bonus as it made the apartment look different.
The breakfast bar was a nice touch as well.
The appliances were easy to work out to use.
The meeting with the hosts/agent went very well, especially as we were shown to the parking spot and shown around the apartment.
Was reasonable priced to others that' we were looking at before booking and not disappointed.
Would stay here again when coming back to Birmingham.
Great location, secure parking. Was perfect for getting to the utilitia arena.
