It’s 2 minutes away from the town centre, train station and bus garage.
You can also walk down 10 minutes to the ferry.
The apartment is a really comfortable place to stay.
Made all our meals in the kitchen and nice shower and bath.
Wifi working, quiet no noise from other people inside the building. Everything in the kitchen working. Oven toaster etc. I saw there were new batteries in the draw, so I replaced the remotes old battery luckily so kids could watch some tv after a long journey. Asda is five minutes walk away. Metro station round the corner and bus garage. Ferry to South Shields is walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine was working. Was tricky at first to find the lock box but the host answered call and was very friendly and patient with me until I found it and checked in.
The property was a hidden gem. Inside everything was newly furnished and very clean. Everything and more you would need for a comfortable stay in South Shields. The owner was very polite and made us feel very welcomed.

Good location, very close to Tynemouth, local shops and take aways, but it’s in a very quiet area. The flat was spotless, comfortable, warm with a good equipment. The owner is very pleasant and helpful too. 😊
