Clarin Guest House is a 25-minute walk or 5-minute bus journey to Edinburgh city center, giving easy access to all the main attractions Edinburgh has to offer. There is a 5-minute walk to the Kings Buildings, Pollack Halls, Royal Commonwealth Pool, Queens park, Arthur’s Seat with stunning memorable views over the city. Various bars and restaurants can be found 5 minutes’ walk away.

The property is gorgeous! It has the original historic architecture but the interior has been modernized. They kept the charm of the original design but added modern comforts.
The bedroom was clean and comfy. Ruthie was super kind and friendly. She responded to messages quickly and was helpful. The location was close to a bus stop which made travel easy. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The location was perfect, right by multiple bus stops and in a quaint neighborhood that felt like home. Staff exceeded expectations and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was large but comfortable and so cute.
My friend and I stayed at Grangeview for three nights while visiting Edinburgh, and it was amazing! We had the junior suite and absolutely loved it – super cute, very clean, and cozy. Each morning we received a lovely breakfast bag from the owners, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location was perfect with a bus stop right around the corner– only about 10 minutes into the city. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
