The location is very close to the Paddington Station, allowing easy transport. The room itself was tidy and offered a harirdryer (one less thing to pack) and coffee/tea. There is 24 hour security with a buzz in system at the main door. The check in and check out length of time was very quick.
Will stay here every time I’m in London. Nice people. Clean. It’s small but perfect for me.
I'm a woman and being here by myself was actually safe , their are no elevators but the guys here actually took my luggage upstairs it was a last min book but loved it

Great place to stay. Wasn’t told that I needed to press a button to get into the building at checkout. That would have been good to know- after all it was a hotel and it was in the after when I arrived. They shouldn’t say they have WiFi either, it was worse than what’s on the train. Lots of stairs!!
