This is a 4-stars hotel with maximum value. Their meeting rooms in the downstairs are perfect. They have free snacks and coffee too. They have a pair of dumbbells in the gym. You can use them for a good workout

Another fantastic stay here. Even though they were fully booked and the lobby was quite hectic when we arrived (early), the staff was friendly and efficient. We had used the online check-in the previous day and were able to store our bags straight away and were advised we'd receive a notification when our room was available. Just over an hour later (and still almost 2 hours before check-in time) we got an email saying our room was ready. Brilliant!

Beautiful decor and lovely exterior. The room we had was a good size and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

The staff were really helpful and smiley which was really nice to see. It was comfortable and the location is near everything so its perfect. Quiet and very clean as well. I would definitely recommend

Property is located very conveniently; close to all the major attractions/shopping/bus station/train station - this was my second time there to meet my son, who studied at University of Bristol. Front desk staff has always been 1) friendly; 2) understanding; and 3) accommodating/going out of their way to help. Restaurant options are also good. Rooms comfortable. Some of the rooms will require going up and down a few stairs which may be difficult for people with heavy suitcases but the front desk staff is always there to lend a helping hand or ask someone to help.
