incredibly friendly staff and the decor was lovely
Location is fantastic. 10 minute walk to York Minster.
Really fun decor, with every room being different.
Room amenities were nice having a fan was a bonus (it was warm).
Staff were so lovely and helpful. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, shower was great, nice selection of hot drink options. Location was perfect for us! Close to the centre of York but the street is nice and quiet.

The whole place was really lovely! Our room was super cute and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very attentive. And the breakfast was fabulous! We would definitely stay again!
