We stayed a month - so lots of experience here. We had requested and received a fairly quiet room with minimal stairs. Staff responded quickly to my inquiries. Clean comfortable room and bed with kitchen facilities including toaster and glass kettle, refrigerator with freezer. Great air conditioner. Good elevator. Loved the location close to Earls Court, supermarkets, restaurants. Plenty of hot water. Shower and bathroom are good though small.

Everything! I’ve stayed at the property before in 2022. Enjoyed my experience so much didn’t hesitate to stay there again. There were a few upgrades since my last stay, for example was given an access code to get into the building and my flat as opposed to key cards. Also, could check in and check out online. I found the upgrades to be very convenient.

Perfectly located a block off a great street with shops and restaurants. Located very close to an underground station that connects to other major lines. The hotel itself was very clean, recently renovated and had all the amenities you would need such as tiny kitchens in the rooms and washing facilities available.
