Lovely clean flat, very spacious, lift was handy for us. Great location, flat had everything you would need.

Loved the location and the apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us.
Fabulous, everything was just perfect. Two minutes walk from the sea front, about five minutes into the town centre. All facilities superb. Good lift to the floor our apartment was on, saved walking up the stairs. Garry very easy to deal with, answered any questions pretty much immediately. Despite being in a block the apartment was very quiet, never heard anything from other residents. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine looked like new, I think it was a washer dryer but we only used the washer.
Good quiet location for chilling out, everything you need for a few nights away, apartment was clean and tidy and it was good to have off street parking. It was the perfect area for walking along the cliffs and around Arbroath, we ate out most nights and would recommend The Old Boatyard Restaurant for Sunday lunch as it's just a 5 minute walk down at the harbour. I would stay here again if I were to return to the area.
