The location is excellent with some shops, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk from the house. The busier area of Middlesbrough is just another 15 minute further.
The house is located in a quiet street away and a parking spot could always be found either directly in front of the house, or close by. The house was clean and well-kept and the kitchen had all the basic dishes, pans and cutlery one might need.
The host was very helpful and easily to reach on WhatsApp. He was keen to make sure our stay was comfortable to check whether needed anything. He also made great recommendations for things to do and see in the Tees Valley area.
The property showed that there was no Wifi in the place on the Booking.com profile but this is not the case - there was fast and adequate internet available as well a smart TV with all the common streaming apps installed (just log in with your accounts) - Netflix, Amazon, Paramount+, BBC iPlayer etc.
This was a good sized property, in a quiet location near the town centre. The property was spotless and clean. It had shampoo, soap and body wash in the bathroom and washing liquid in the well equipt kitchen. Meaning you could just turn up and stay without having to bring everything. When we needed to ask the owner a question he was very helpful and polite. We are a family of 4 (kids aged 7 & 10) this property was ideal for our needs. We would definitely stay again.
Everything was perfect , the property has all the appliances required ,close to shops , Scott is very kind and helpfull.
Highly recommmend .
