What did i like the way out Where do i start i arrived at the hotel to check in to be told the hotel is closed due to some fire regulations on arrival after numous calls to the number on the door got access to the reception area to be met by a male under the influence of drink that was the owners friend and told we couldnt check in and couldnt stay at the hotel we booked we contacted manger himself to be told we needed to call who we booked with and thay would re locate us after nearly 3 hours of being passed from pillow to post we was relocated over three miles away but i cant fault experdia for there service thay upgraded our room and included breakfast at the same cost so reliatically we came out on top but the genral apprentice and customer service at the cornhill hotel is discusting i wouldnt let my dog stop there never mind anything else the place vile see tripadvisor photographs and reviews theres a patten going on there was a strong smell of alchol throughout the front of the building and while we was waiting to be relocated the part drunk guy consumed more alochol in front of us
