The location and general layout cleanliness and smell ,also the size
Perfect location and facilities for what we needed. We did not spend much time in the property as we were out exploring London on our weekend, but what was provided was fairly clean, comfortable and had hot water. There were shops in walking distance and a train station and bus stop practically on the doorstop. Exactly what we needed!
