The accomodation was clean and tidy. Had all the right equipment for each room.
Very comfy bed and loved how there was a Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom for us to play music on and get ready.
We also had access to Netflix and Amazon prime for when we wanted a chilled night in.
Felt very safe and secure in the property.
Did also have access to use the hot tub and garden and this was decorated nicely.
Collette kindly offered to take us into town to show us where to go and get our whereabouts and was always available via telephone if we needed her for anything.
Also asked for a special request on arrival and Collette was able to facilitate this for my friends birthday. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Collette. Fabulous host and couldn't have asked for much more. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back.
The flat was lovely, well furnished and immaculate. The host is really friendly and helped.us find our bearings in York as well as some tips on places for food and drink. We will definitely be returning in the summer, maybe sooner.
Attention to detail was thought of and surprisingly more.
Would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely beautiful little place ,every little detail has been thought of from little snacks and cool drinks and milk in the fridge to toiletries,fans provided too for us warm bloods :)
Colette is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to help even providing lifts as and when needed
Yes it is a flat under her home but she leaves you to your own devices and we honestly never heard a thing
The garden area is so cute and looks beautiful lit up on an evening the fire fly lights are jst beautiful so relaxing
Spotlessly clean place and smells divine
We are 100% going back hopefully over the Christmas period to see the garden beautifully lit up

Host was very welcoming and informative and even took us into York for a evening cruise.
Full use of hot tub which was set in a lovely garden with lights at night. Couldn’t wish for anything more. This is now our secret get away and would definitely recommend to anybody else.
We will be coming back in September just need to get dates for time of work
