We had plenty of room for our band, a place to shower and sleep. That was pretty much the requirements. Walking distance to a few places to eat/drink and directly across the road from the police station.
I like that the property has everything that we need. The room is cleaned and cozy. It would have been better if there are a room with single beds. The double bed is quite small. But everything is else is great!
Clean, spacious, good location, parking directly outside in road, ring doorbell also nice for safety.
Great location for Co op Live arena - 25-30 minute walk via a pub, plus 24hr Asda is close too, ideal for late night snacks after a gig as not much else around. House was clean, spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located. Easy to find and key collection instructions were spot on. Handy that tea, coffee, sugar & some milk had been left too. Would stay here again for an event close by.
Location was great for coop live and the ethid. Off street parking was good
