Location, property itself, air-conditioning , full kitchen etc.
The flat was gorgeous, everything was provided even duvets and pillows for the sofa bed, the ac was so neeeded, loved the heated bathroom floors, and there are 2 tube stations close by, and the host was super helpful always.
Apartment was clean, had good facilities, felt safe & was well equipped.
Great location for what we needed and good communication for dropping off luggage earlier than check in.
