The hosts ans staff were great. They helped when I needed it, and used my name at other times. They remembered me!
The room was clean with a really comfortable bed. Although there wasn't anything in the information there is a TV in the room. There is a separate entrance for staying guests which is great because we didn't have to go through the bar to get to our room. We didn't really hear the people in the pub because we weren't in all evening and everything was locked up by the time we got back. Overall a really positive stay
The location was brilliant and the staff were wonderful, easy to talk to and friendly. We had a great time, next time I stay in Cardiff it will be at The Crofts, amazing value for money.
