We loved everything. Staff were so caring. A particular shout out to the receptionist and waitress at breakfast who genuinely cared. Our room was huge and exceptionally comfortable and beautifully furnished. Everything was of the highest quality and the complimentary extras were much appreciated and very thoughtful. Breakfast was outstanding. An amazing selection. We loved the full English and shatshuka. Produce was high quality. The location is fantastic - right in the town centre.

Large clean room. Southwold is a very walkable place. I walked to the beach, City Museum, took communion at the Cathedral, and had a great tour at the Adnam's Brewery.

Great position for all the shops pubs cafes etc.easy walk to the beach.The room was clean and comfortable,breakfast was very good.

The hotel was in a great location in Southwold which is a lovely, unspoilt coastal Suffolk town. The staff were really friendly, chatty and helpful. Apart from the first evening where we enjoyed a delicious Sunday roast, we ate out to enjoy other pubs and restaurants in Southwold, but the breakfasts were excellent.
