One of the cleanest and friendliest hotels we've stayed in. The rooms were very roomy, beds so comfortable, and the most lovely of all was the terrace that overlooked the waterway. The staff deserves a rating of 10+. Breakfast was wonderful, our evening meal was delicious. I don't think you could find a better place to stay! Highly recommend!
Great location - turn left straight onto the Hoe, turn right downhill towards the shopping area. Close to restaurants and the Barbican area. Nice fitness suite and pool, although hard to swim lengths without bumping your knees in the shallow end! We parked elsewhere because we arrived well before check-in which was also much cheaper but it was a long walk.
The friendly staff who went way above duty and were so nice to us. Nothing negative at all
The hotel was wonderful, with the perfect location and facilities. We could use the swimming pool and sauna, really wonderful! Breakfast was available if chosen and there was a lot of variety of food from the buffet, but you could ask them even to cook something different!
