Spacious cottage with some privatish outdoor space. Nice to have the kids area.
Beds very comfortable and good sizes. Lovely lounge, handy having downstairs toilet.
Plenty of towels, tea towels, hand wash.
Good location for accessing different costal spots.
Left us a welcome pack.
Martin and Carol were very friendly but on whole gave us our own space.

Very welcoming, comfortable, clean and friendly, perfect for me and my two young children, was able to use the family garden and the access was good and safe. Really helpful, caring and kind owners, absolutely will return again, hopefully bring better weather with me!

Our hosts Carol and Martin were wonderful- very welcoming and so helpful. The cottage itself was delightful and comfortable. Very well laid out with all we needed. And very comfortable beds! The location just perfect for our trip - attending the horse trials at Bicton combined with visiting sone of the lovely Devon Coast.
