Very efficient staff - all eager and willing to help
Nice location in the countrside surrounded by the well kept gold course. Busy without being noisy. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was goof to be able to use the pool and spa as part of the stay. This was in quite good condition. It was nice to sit in the garden in the mornnig and listed to the bords singing on the woods.
Beautiful hotel to stay in. The room was comfortable and clean. The entrance to the hotel is striking and both the restaurant and bar serve good food and are worth eating in. The gym and pool are fantastic. The changing rooms are clean and easy to navigate.
Jason in the dining area was friendly and helpful asking if we knew the area and offering us suggestions for places to visit, which we were very grateful for! The spa facilities were good which certainly made up for the fact we had arrived during a storm and the bridge was shut which had added over an hour to our journey due to traffic and going the long way round. Once at the hotel all that was forgotten about and we had a great time! We were also impressed that the staff had made the large ginger bread house for the Santa's Grotto, we couldn't believe it was all edible!!!
Excellent facilities, excellent location, excellent room with beautiful view, excellent and very helpful staff and fantastic buffet breakfast
