The hostess and host were very enthusiastic. Our adapter was broken, so they lent it to us. On the way back, it was raining, so the hostess drove us to the train. I was really touched and felt very humane.
Lovely hosts, clean rooms, well furnished, good location with just short walks to the main street and train station.
Perfect location very close to the village, easy transport to Lake Windermere, restaurants, shops, and viewpoints. The host was so so nice he welcomed is with tea, gave us local recommendations and even took us to the nearby train station when it was raining. Excellent hospitality, nice rooms and overall lovely experience.
The breakfast was very good and the hosts were super friendly and helpful :)
