Fantastic location. Good communication but difficult after hours( we had a little issue with our lock after 5 pm) but great follow up next morning

Great location though the entrance was a bit hard to spot.

It was easy to get in, and instructions were great. Because of our arrivals and departure times, we didn't get to interact with staff, but everything was clear on the instructions e-mail we got. The room was great for two people. They had all the appliances needed. The room and bathroom were clean.

Location is perfected!! But you have to listened the voice of trams from early morning until midnight. But the good thing is you can walk 2 minutes to take the tram.

Excellent location, easy self check-in. Good response from the office staff. Nice, lovely, basic studio apartment with everything we needed. Washing machine was great, but took a lot longer than we thought to run. Would definitely stay here again.
