Comfortable room, friendly and helpful host and great to find a place where there is parking a few minutes walk away. You could also make a cheeky breakfast from the thoughtful array of snacks! Cafe Shore opens at 8 am if you need an early start.
I stayed in the single room and it was clean and comfy. The bathroom was right across the hall and was spotless. While it advertises as having no breakfast, there is a wonderful continental breakfast in the room, including cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, and some snacks. It was much appreciated.
The view from Pulpit Rock it was amazing. It’s a short walk up the hill. I went up there for the sunset and it was gorgeous.
The property is on a hill so it is about a 10 minute walk down to town but I would guess maybe a half hour walk back up. I was glad to have a car.
It was very convenient to the ferry.
Host prepared a breakfast basket and some cold drink in the little fridge for us. Also, a kettle with coffee, tea, sugar etc. was available in the room.
The room was comfortable. We were there one night so not much to say.
