Location is great. Hotel is close to everything you need such as restaurants, shops, and the train station. Bed and everything else is clean. Best of all, they provide a smart TV.
We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff is friendly and helpful. A fantastic place for a small budget in London. Super close to the metro station with frequent trains to central London and all major train stations.
The customer service. I had a bad wrist pain and the guys from the reception helped me out with everything I needed.
Room was also very conftorble and I liked the fact that the TV had Netflix
