Great location. Exact experience I was hoping for. Travel into London was relatively easy - one switch of trains at Twyford and you’re on a train to Paddington. Great bus service, as well. Definitely take in the St Mary the Virgin church while you are in town. It’s an incredible place. We stayed 8 days and could have stayed twice that comfortably.
The property was a great space and homely. Kitchen well equipped. Great location. Parking was good.
I gave a 9, and I’m not going any higher, only because I don’t want these gems to be fully booked when we return to Henley! In short: fabulous. We stayed in Swans Nest in April and were in the Ducks Cottage in July. Even our kids joined for a couple of nights.
A lovely location just off Market Square. Very comfy and cosy cottage. An ideal home from home while visiting my daughter who lives in Henley.
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was utterly charming.
The one thing that could have improved it would be a duvet that actually covered both people in the downstairs bedroom.
