Welcome feeling , staff were lovely, clean and comfortable room snd bathroom

Great facilities- everything you could need and staff were super helpful - location was both a plus and a negative as really close to the sea front and local amenities but on a busy road
It was in a good location with plenty of parking. We stayed in room 1. The room was large with a large bathroom.
