Location was perfect for our needs. Very clean apartment with everything we needed. Lift to apartment which was handy if stairs are a problem for anyone. Very happy with our stay and definitely stay here again when in the area.
The location is obviously great. Key collection was easy. It was from a nearby location and had enough instructions from the owner in advance so I planned for it. It was easy and friendly. I noticed many people said that the property is hard to find, but as a foot traffic (walk to the property), I did not have any issue finding the flat. The flat is located at a very busy area and it might become crazy on weekends, however once you are in the flat, I found it very quiet, so I had no issue with the noise. The property is beautifully decorated and have all the things that you need. Having two bathrooms is a big plus (Ensuite shower room and a family bath room). The sofa bed was also comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The owner (or property manager) was always available if you have any questions. A welcome snacks basket was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this place. Location perfect for Durham amenities and restaurants. Parking was close by and not expensive. Picked keys up from a near by shop, hosts had left a welcome of snacks and tea and coffee which was well received. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, and quiet considering its location.
