This Victorian townhouse offers bright, modern air conditioning rooms, located just 5 minutes’ walk from Bournemouth’s award-winning beach. With a restaurant and lounge bar, there is also free high-speed WiFi. The Durley Dean’s rooms boast contemporary design and each features a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a work area. All rooms also have a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The hotel is well-placed, 0.3 miles from the bars and shops of the town center. 10 minutes’ walk brings guests to the Bournemouth International Center and Bournemouth Pier. Guests can use the swimming pool for free, as well as gym and sauna that make up the hotel Leisure Complex for an additional fee. There is also a golf club within 5 minutes’ drive. The menu of British cuisine is made using local produce, and served in the stylish No. 28 restaurant. The Durley’s bar offers Dorset Cream teas, beverages and snacks during the day.

Just got back from a stay at the Durley Dean Hotel and had a really great experience overall.
The rooms were very comfortable — the bed was super cosy, and the furnishings felt modern and well-kept. Big shout out to the air conditioning too, which worked perfectly (always a win in summer!).
The bar area was a lovely spot to relax, and drinks were reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. But the real highlight for me was the leisure area — the pool, sauna and steam room were absolutely spotless. The pool is on the smaller side but still nice for a quick dip, and the sauna and steam room were genuinely fantastic — a real perk of staying here.
The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful despite some events happening, and I had a great night’s sleep.
Would definitely stay again — really impressed overall!

Breakfast was great, the lady managing the breakfast was incredibly friendly, one of the best staff I've encountered - sorry I didn't catch her name! Location is 15 minute walk to the pier, nice beach nearby.
