Everything host did everything she could for us stayed here before plenty of of times and she always goes above and beyond for us and all her guest absolutely love it here its perfect every time xxx
From walking in to walking out we were welcomed and looked after.
We booked a last minute stay so had budget rooms and they were great,clean and all the usual facilities. The staff were super friendly and welcoming ,there was entertainment on in the hotel too on the evenings. All in all very good experience and would definitely go again.
The Dutchman hotel is located at the perfect location for a black pool visit. The host/receptionist Julie goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay. Highly recommended!
Struggling with the stairs the lovely staff moved us down a floor was very grateful.. room was light and clean bed was sooo comfortable good clean bedding
