Set on Eastbourne’s seafront less than 5 minutes' walk from Eastbourne Pier, The Eastbourne Riviera Hotel overlooks the local beach. It offers fresh food and modern rooms with LCD TVs. Each of the light and airy rooms features a private bathroom. Guests can make use of tea/coffee facilities, while some rooms provide lovely sea views. Full English breakfasts are served each day, along with an á la carte menu served in the restaurant in the evenings. Guests can enjoy the extensive wine list and a range of beers, whiskeys, and cognacs. Eastbourne’s 1930’s bandstand is less than a 10-minute walk. The Arndale Center is 10 minutes away on foot, while Eastbourne Rail Station and the International Tennis Center are 15 minutes’ walk away. South Downs National Park is 2.5 miles away.

We feel this is a charming hotel if you are looking for a clean ,quiet retreat with local amenities for dining out, beach walks and the South Downs. Also very good value for money. Parking permits are available in the hotel for a third of the price of street parking charges.Location is convenient, to polite, helpful staff.A very tasty ,value for money breakfast.Best scrambled eggs.
Having a bath or shower option was very much appreciated.

Reception staff extremley helpful and polite. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choice and kitchen staff very helpful and quick to serve. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Parking permits sold for the parking on the road outside the hotel, this is extremley helpful because we don't know the area. Our first visit to Eastbourne.
