Location was perfect for the EICC. Very reasonable price as 4 of us shared. Large apartment.
Excellent apartment finished to a high standard of decor. The separate living room/kitchenette was a great addition - although having a smoke detector in the same space as a toaster may need a rethink!
The bathroom, like the rest of the apartment, was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls - good to know! I didn't mind the basic toiletries as we had brought our own shower gel etc. This might, however be an issue for other guests.
We greatly enjoyed the location of the apartment. Handy for local eateries, and a short walk to Haymarket train station, which has connection to Waverley. If you don't mind getting your steps in on holiday, it's only a ten minute walk to the castle, and a twenty minute stroll to The Royal Mile and Princes Street.

It was in a fairly decent location close to most of the places we were going. It was also spacious.
