The property was centrally located, easy to commute to by foot or by bus, and very clean and elegant.
Dimensions of the room are not big but there is everything you gonna need for a few days stay!.
Adam is a great host, he was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Our room was compact and well equipped. The information folder was great as it had hints and how to work the microwave/convection cooker. The location is excellent as it's walking distance to Windermere and Bowness (15 minutes). The bus is 2 minute walk and this runs regularly. We didnt have a car and didnt miss having one.
A fridge, microwave, plates & cutlery provided and a small table and chairs were provided so we could do our own meals. Small space but well appointed.
The host is extremely nice and polite. Not too pushy. Offered me an early check in and also asked which milk I prefer with my tea so he could provide it. He welcomed me briefly and on the check out we did not have to even interact. I just left the key in the room for him.
The room, although small, was very nice. Well use of space. Every thing was squicky clean. Definitely the cleanest accommodation I've visited in the UK. The bed was comfy and clean.
The place was very quiet, so I slept very well.
The location is good. It is 20 minutes walk to the lake, 10 minutes to Bowness-on-windermere, 10 minutes to Windermere, and 20 minutes to Windermere station.
It is also 3-4 minutes away from bus stops both ways.
