The staff was very accommodating. Bus at door step and trains, tube and shopping within walking distance.
Staff rang me to check we were on our way for a late check in so that was good.
Rooms were clean, bathrooms spotless and good coffee in room.
Not my first stay here so nothing specific to complain about.
Shower is lovely with good pressure. Check in was smooth and room is very clean.
Cosy clean room with good access late at night. Near the venue I was attending -would definitely use again
