Apartment was lovely & Clean, underground parking was a bonus. Loved the big balcony.
Location excellent for town and seafront only issue is the proximity to the busy railway lines although we warned of this. Didn't seem to be a problem after about 11.00 pm. On our floor the view was not as attractive as anticipated.
