Extra large bed in privileged type room we stayed, all rooms are good 20+ square metres, good quality bath supplies (soap, lotion etc…), having a fridge in w room is useful too
Radiator in our room needed fixing, I mentioned it to reception and they probably did. Breakfast was average quality
There was no running water since check in at 2pm until the following morning-could not wash hands, flush toilets or brush teeth. This was for 2 people sharing-no water in a room?? Really not happy. The lifts were also not working so had to carry 2 suitcases up 4 flights of stairs-no offer from anyone to see if assistance was needed. Overall, really underwhlemed with the interaction about these issues and the fact that nothing was done to resolve.
Right across the street from the train station, right by cafes and restaurants and only a 5/10 min walk to the main shopping area
The breakfast was amazing. Decent choice and the cooked breakfast was fresh and not greasy. The best thing though was proper toasters instead of those conveyor belt ones that either give you warm bread or charcoal and nothing in between
Everything we needed, decent size
I was on crutches and my boyfriend had just had laser eye surgery so we were both pretty helpless but the staff helped us to our room and carried our bag and checked on us

Lifts to rooms were dirty not cleaned enough, breakfast room tables left uncleared food left under tables, shortage of staff, all Hotel Staff that were there were very PROFESSIONAL,HELPFUL and POLITE
