Super friendly and kind staff. Fabulous breakfast, ultra clean... everything you could possibly want on holiday. Wonderful Melanie and Gracie organized a birthday surprise for my 65th birthday breakfast.....took my breath away by their kindness and thoughtfulness x

Very close to the town and beach, parking was good either within the property or on the road, my room was small as only a single room but very comfortable, plug sockets and usb sockets within easy reach, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk to make countless brews, a lovely touch of homemade cake and shortbread as an additional extra on arrival to my room, and delicious!
Plenty of choices for breakfast including cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, the cooked breakfast was well cooked, presented well, very tasty and plentiful,
I chose this B&B as it was dog friendly and my dog was with me, he also seemed to enjoy his stay, the owner is a very nice lady and made me feel welcome, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again on my next trip to skegness

Above and beyond service. The room and building was immaculate. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is perfect with more than enough choice and portion sizes. The host is very friendly and I hope they are proud of their business.
The place was close to the center. The host was very welcoming the breakfast was very good and the rooms were spotless
