Easy check in welcomed by Helen. Room was out the back of the property, not in the main house. Nice clean room. Excellent shower. Everything we expected. We didn't have breakfast at the guest house, but wished we had booked it.

Rooms had good quality new fixtures and were extremely clean and comfortable. Service was excellent.

So very comfortable and clean. Hosts were outstanding and went out of their way to help us.

We booked a room only stay and had a lovely quiet, clean, comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable and we both had an great nights sleep. The owners were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

It was very pleasant and conveniently located a short distance from the centre of Banbury.
