The flat was just as pictured and the location was very good for someone wanting to visit Sale and even using it as a home base to make day trips to nearby towns. There were very tasty dining options, the town square, two grocery stores, the tram station, and even the post office nearby. Just the opposite way was a nice little park as well.
Paul was very responsive and such a pleasant person to chat with. I will be looking to stay at his flat again if we make our way to Sale again.
The Wi-Fi worked great as well for when some work had to be done with a video call.
I highly recommend Linguine, Wood Fire Smoke, Off the Hook, Rudy’s, a few of the smaller cafes such as Bita and Seven (for English breakfast), and this large restaurant in Stanley Square (best burger in the area).

Big 2 bedroom flat. Top floor so quiet in an a large Victorian (?) house. Clean, well equipped and about 100m walk from shops, bars and restaurants.
Great location, great host. They offered us an extra bed to make sure we had a comfortable stay and not many adults had to share a bed which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again!
