Great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. The food was pretty good, and the small grounds were well maintained.
We don’t usually write reviews, but just had to for Farington Lodge - they deserve it! We weren’t expecting too much from our stay as it was a very reasonable price. We just wanted a base for a wedding we were attending in Leyland. We were blown away! Thank you to the wonderful, professional staff team who made our stay an absolute joy. The location, parking and breakfast was all superb. You couldn’t want more.
Good location , character building, exceptional room and good staff
It is like going back in time when you stay here with all of the traditional qualities lost over years of chain hotels. You are greeted by the manager who knows your name and understands old fashioned hospitality.
Plenty of spaces to park and it was free for guests
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
I travelled alone so felt very well looked after
The room was fabulous, roomy and very comfortable
