It's easy to perform well when nothing goes wrong, but these folks stepped up and solved a problem in my room over which they had no control. I'd stay there again in a heart beat! Got a free beer out of it, too! What more could you ask for???
The hotel's quirky decor. Comfortable, buget-priced in a touristy town. We had a very economical breakfast in a nearby pub.
Location was great. The fact that it was in the heart of chester made this experience a cloud 9. I would totally stay here again. Very close to the station and city center. Room was quite fascinating and unique. Toilets were spotless and very clean.
I loved the decor of the room - it felt so welcoming and comfy, unlike other single rooms I have stayed in that often feel like a cold prison cell! I'd stay again.
