The set up of the property has been well thought out and it's well equipped. Hot tub was delightful. Spotlessly clean!!!

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at Fig Cottage. We arrived to a very clean and well maintained cottage. Helena and Mark were very helpful in their communication by email. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely complimentary bottle of champagne, fresh flowers and a welcome card. Completely unexpected but a lovely surprise. We were left to enjoy our stay in peace and quiet. We loved the fact that we could just walk straight in to the Forest without having to get in the car. We also enjoyed a great meal out at the local Thai restaurant in Lydney. Would highly recommend Fig Cottage and surrounds to anyone. Thank you H & M

Loved the hot tub and how helpful the hosts were. Very modern design, comfortable sofa and the kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was very nice with a large bath and waterfall shower. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home from home cottage with lovely comfortable furnishings. The Prosecco in the drinks fridge was a lovely touch along with fresh flowers on the dining table, and a had written card welcoming us. Lovely soft bedding and towels, and even hottub towels supplied, we will definitely be staying here again.
