We needed a budget accomodation in the area for a couple of nights as had hospital appointment.The facilities are very basic and it's a shame the maintenance of the rooms is not kept up as everything was there that you would need for a short stay,The staff were very friendly ,the bed comfortable ,the shower was lacking in heat and power the TV functioned well and the cleanliness of the room good .Note: there is no kettle or cups in rooms It served the purpose but definitely not suitable for that romantic weekend if you want to impress.Location excellent.The owners need to get a repairman and decorator into the rooms and methodically check replace and fix before things get too bad .This is a hotel which gives good value for money but has the potential to do that bit better for its clients.

Great location, about a 7-10 minute walk to Hyde Park, super close (7 min walk) to paddington and (4 min walk) edgware road tube stations, which connect you to anywhere in the city. Also there’s about 3 buses that leave you pretty much right outside the hotel door. That was absolutely awesome. The area is rather crowded, but actually nice and chill. Also the best and cheapest souvenirs are right around the corner from here!

Very friendly, hospitable and helpful receptionist/concierge. Cosy, well heated room. Exceptional location in Central London.

The price is very reasonable for new year eve in london The location is perfect to the station and to the shops Despite the room is super tight , private bathroom with hot water is available As well i would like to thank the receptionist guy who was in the hotel in the night of new year he helped me a lot and without his help my whole trip will not be happy thank you god bless u my brother

Great value for money for new years eve. Rooms is very small, but with private bathroom.
