Excellent location - inexpensive parking close by - great views across the river - many attractions close by!

Fabulous apartment in an excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed. We loved our time here. Fowey is a very picturesque village.

Location with great views across the river in a town with plenty of great shops, restaurants and pubs Very happy to sit looking across the estuary to see what was going on on the water. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we required Great welcome pack with lots of useful info and on arrival Sarah had left us tea and milk and biscuits which is great if you arrive late Car parking very close by (100 meters or less)

Beautifully renovated and decorated, great layout and very very functional. Recommend parking at Caffa Mill and taking the short walk to the apartment. Lovely view over the river. Self checkin easy. Responsive host. Very pleased with our choice.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. It’s the perfect coastal getaway in the centre of Fowey, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, cosy but spacious and with lovely views too. Check-in was easy, parking was easy and we had everything we needed including a handy pack of local recommendations and info on walks. Communication from Sarah and Neal was very speedy and helpful - and they even left biscuits which we enjoyed greatly. We hope to stay again in the future
