Decor and individual paintings meant that you were sharing the owners home. Attention to detail was amazing.

Lovely and clean, you could smell the freshness as soon as you walked in, a really lovely welcome by the owners, although breakfast isn't provided they offer a packed lunch which was brilliant. Our room was outstanding and the bed so so comfy. We will definitely book here again when needing to visit Felixstowe.
It was charming. The rooms and baths were spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. It was easy access from the Euro Tunnel which is exactly what we needed!
A very warm welcome from Zoe, an excellent packed lunch, a very good property with character.
