The flat is in a perfect location for exploring Margate for a weekend (we were there for the Malle Beach Race). It's about 30 seconds from the beach and a short walk to the main town and other areas. The host gave us the lockbox combination and it was no problem to find the keys outside the main door. The flat is on the 3rd floor and has plenty of space for 2 couples, with one room having an ensuite bathroom (small bath with shower, toilet, sink) and the other room having a sink and shower in the room, with an extra toilet under the stairs. I had the room with the shower, which was very nice and had shampoo and shower gel included. The price paid for a weekend between 4 people was very good value and it was a great base for the weekend as we could cook a pizza indoors and come and go very easily. The flat is also pet friendly, which is fab! We took our small dog. The board games in the living room are a nice touch too :)

The attention to detail was above and beyond. There was even a guidebook prepared by our host with places of interest, lockal information, nice restaurants, attractions, etc. In the flat, we were provided even with board games and basic supplies of coffee, tea, sugar, and toiletries. Really nice that there were two toilets, too. We will come back.

Excellent location, beach, mini golf, shops close by, excellent facilities, lovely and clean.

Such a lovely, colourful flat, with everything we needed for our first stay in Margate! Great location, easy parking and perfect for out needs. Helpful and friendly host.
