They sent someone out to fix the toilet leak with in the same day. Tea coffee supplies Extra toilet paper

Location itself is very convenient, close to the public transportation , walking distance to both tube stations. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and washer . It is a quiet place in general, but kids plays football in the upper apartment.. but this is out of the hands of the owner. The heat was working perfectly and the rooms became warm very fast.

Location was a very short walk to Eustin station which got us everywhere we needed easily, also good walking distance to Kings cross station, British Museum and May other attractions

Nice appartment outside of the busy city center. A 10 min walk from underground station Euston. Very clear instructions via the platform on how to check in. All things needed to have a comfortable stay.
