It was clean and in a great position - an easy walk to Croydon central high street. It felt safe which was important as I am a solo traveller. The bath was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well equiped to enable cooking for oneself. The communication was speedy and responsive and any requests I had were sorted quickly. I really appreciated the fan as it was quite hot while I was staying and the fan was very effective.
