Excellent price was why I chose it.
The staff were really kind and helpful and the room was lovely.
Great location (close to Paddington train station and streets of shops), helpful and gentle staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed.
Modern rooms, handy location. Front desk staff are very nice. Good value for money.
My room was on the top floor. I liked the view and it was quiet up there.
Room was small but totally adequate with all that I needed including a fridge.
