Breakfast was great! Restaurant was very good and room was great. Location was good. I would stay there again.

Room was comfortable I appreciated being able to open the room window for fresh air and also the bathroom window. We were quite close to the river and looked over the roof tops to see lots of sky. I did not appreciate the noise from an outdoor concert in the market place although fortunately it could not be heard in our room. Staff at the front desk were excellent and also staff in the dining room although I do not enjoy eating in a bar and ordering food at the bar. I eat porridge for breakfast with fruit and was able to order this. I enjoyed the tea ?coffee that was free for guests.

I stay here at least once a year, to visit family in the area. The place is clean, comfortable, and roomy. Love the location, walk everywhere. Parking is right there, overnight parking is 2 pounds, meter feed 9am- 5pm. In the room, there is Oatmilk, hot chocolate, and regular tea and coffee. This is a step above for a vegan. As hotel guests, you can go to the coffee machine and have endless latte, cappuccino, etc. Take your cup from the room. Convenience of having the bar, restaurant is great, serves a smashing traditional and vegan breakfast, excellent. I have stated at many of the hotels in the area, and this is by far the best.

The reception staff really were amazing. Made to feel very welcome.

We have stayed there loads of time's. Would definitely recommend it. Staff are excellent. For what it is, it's good value for money. Dead center of town. Massive carpark in front of the hotel. Which is an additional separate cost.
