Spacious 1 bed apt with garden area. Very roomy. Good on street parking. Friendly staff. Good, clear instructions on how to book in and book out and on how to stay in the apt (shoes off, contact numbers, useful shops information etc). Complimentary tea and coffee. Tvs in living room and bed room. Lots of storage space. Cooker, facilities, kettle, washing machine! Very very close to city centre. Short 15 min walk. Absolutely lovely!

The location of this property is perfect getting to and from the city centre of York. The accommodation itself was lovely and modern with an outdoor space which would be great to use in nicer weather. There are some areas of the property that need some TLC such as marks on walls/carpets but these are minimal and didn't have an impact on our lovely stay.
The apartment was clean, secure and warm, with a comfortable bed.
