Comfortable accommodation in a nice area. Walking distance to the cable cars and the 02 Arena. Good communication with the staff. Would stay again.
Basically we came in the middle of rain, it was hard to find the right house, cause the check in is a self check in. We were trying to find the apartment almost an hour in the rain, however we could find it. Please can you work it, on your guidance to find easy way the apartment. The room was clean and a bit of huge, the bath was clean and comfortable. The trains and buses close to the location, you just need to walk 10 minutes, by the way since we came in the middle of January it was a bit cold, the electric heater did heat it. On top of that could you please add it extra bed sheets. Overall the room was perfect, we've enjoyed our stay!)
Customer service was EXCELLENT. Was very accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, fridge in the room, plenty of space and a sofa. Good location. Very clean in 99% of the areas. Clear instructions on how to enter the property.
The location was pretty good, we were able to see the o2 in the distance.
Another bonus: it was really close to 4 bus stops which made it a lot easier to find the easiest route to where ever we were going.
IT was clean and well prepared. Good location. Toiletries were also provided, alongside hairdryer and a fan which was very useful as it was quite hot & sticky. Kettle and some basic tea/coffee also provided. Quiet room and location. Part of me doesn't want to spread the news about this place as I want to be able to stay here again. The owner sent very clear access details without having to be prompted.
